Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

We always strive for delivering the highest possible quality in our products and our service.
However, sometimes things go wrong, and we need to assess it in order to be able to assist you and to prevent it from happening again in the future.

Please fill out the form below to the best of your ability if you have an RMA request.

Products damaged during transport should be reported to SMS within three working days of the delivery. For more information regarding this procedure, contact us.

Photo documentation

We require photo documentation of possible product damages, the packaging and the packaging label to be able to process your RMA. We suggest using a reference object such as a ruler or a pencil when documenting so we can assess the damage. Photos of pallets, boxes and damaged products are mandatory for a valid RMA Request.
